Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pri-Automation DBM-2706 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Puma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Psibar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Prometec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Puma such as the 2D42594G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1600SGH5009G3UA001 manufactured by Psibar and we are pleased to be able to service most Psibar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSL5072 by Manufacturer Prometec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Prosoft Brand 3300MBP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prolinx such as 4202DFNTBSDA4 equipment made by Prolinx have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A8000212A by Pulsar-Process-Measurement-Ltd and 4202DFNTBSDA4 spares by Prolinx are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JCSL35DOWN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Promethean.
